【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecification(PAS)specifiesrequirementsfortheenvironmentalperformanceofadirectmarketingcampaign.Itfocuseson:a)specifyingthemanagementofacampaign(seeClause3);b)identifyingenvironmentalaspectsandspecifyingassociatedenvironmentalobjectivesandenvironmentalperformancelevels(seeClauses4to6);andNOTEAsummaryofenvironmentalaspectsandobjectivesisgiveninTableA.1.c)specifyingenvironmentalperformanceindicators(seeClause7).NOTEAlistofenvironmentalperformanceindicatorsisgiveninTable1.Itprovidesthreeenvironmentalperformancelevels:1)Level1(introductory);2)Level2(intermediate);and3)Level3(advanced).Itcoversthefollowingcommunicationschannels:i)directmail;ii)doortodoorunaddressedmail;iii)emailmarketing;iv)fieldmarketing;v)insertsinpublications;vi)mobilemarketing;andvii)telemarketing.NOTE1ThisPAScanbeusedinconjunctionwithanenvironmentalmanagementsystemconformingtoBSENISO14001.SimilarlyitcanbeusedaspartofthephasedimplementationofanenvironmentalmanagementsystemconformingtoBS8555.NOTE2ThisPAScanalsobeusedinconjunctionwithBSENISO14031,whichsupportsorganizationsinimprovingtheirenvironmentalperformancebyprovidingguidanceonenvironmentalperformanceevaluation.
