【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC61000-4isapplicabletotheimmunityofelectricalandelectronicequipmenttoradiatedelectromagneticenergy.Itestablishestestlevelsandtherequiredtestprocedures.Theobjectofthissectionistoestablishacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheperformanceofelectricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoradio-frequencyelectromagneticfields.Testingisnotrequiredatfrequenciesotherthanthosespecifiedinclause5ofthisstandard.Thepossiblefutureintroductionofnewradioserviceswhichmaydegradetheperformanceofelectricalandelectronicequipmentmayresultintestlevelsbeingspecifiedinotherfrequencybands.Thissectiondealswithimmunitytestsrelatedtogeneralpurposes.Particularconsiderationsaredevotedtotheprotectionagainstradiofrequencyemissionsfromdigitalradiotelephones.NOTETestmethodsaredefinedinthissectionformeasuringtheeffectthatelectromagneticradiationhasontheequipmentconcerned.Thesimulationandmeasurementofelectromagneticradiationisnotadequatelyexactforquantitativedeterminationofeffects.Thetestmethodsdefinedarestructuredfortheprimaryobjectiveofestablishingadequaterepeatabilityofresultsatvarioustestfacilitiesforqualitativeanalysisofeffects.Thissectiondoesnotintendtospecifytheteststobeappliedtoparticularapparatusorsystems.ItsmainaimistogiveageneralbasicreferencetoallconcernedproductcommitteesoftheIEC.Theproductcommittees(orusersandmanufacturersofequipment)remainresponsiblefortheappropriatechoiceofthetestsandtheseverityleveltobeappliedtotheirequipment.
