【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothermalcleaningsystemsforexhaustgasfromsurfacetreatmentequipment/systemsasgivenbelowinwhichtheconcentrationofexhaustgastobecleaned(forthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandard,named"processgas")attheinlettothethermalcleaningsystemissafelylimitedwithintheconcentrationrangesgivenin5.2.2.2.Surfacetreatmentequipmentincludes:—dryersaccordingtoEN1539,curingequipment;—flash-offareas;—coatingplants(e.g.closedspraybooths,openfrontedspraybooths);—machinesusingflammablesolventsforthepre-treatmentandcleaningofproductsorequipment(e.g.barrels,tins,cansorcontainers);—relatedsolventhandlingequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealsonlywiththesignificanthazardsfromfireandexplosionaslistedinClause4,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThetypesofthermalcleaningsystemscoveredinthisEuropeanStandardare—directcombustion,and—catalyticcombustion(seedefinitionsin3.1.1and3.1.2).ThisEuropeanStandardappliesinconjunctionwiththerelevantrequirementsofEN746-1andEN746-2.ForthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardathermalcleaningsystemforprocessgascontainsthefollowingcomponents:fan(s),heatexchanger,processspace,mainandsupportingburner,injectionsystem,powerdrivendampers,controlandpowercircuitsjoinedtogetherfortheprocessingofflammablesubstances,predominantlyvolatileorganiccompounds,byeffectingoxidation.NOTEThermalcleaningequipmentisusuallyintegratedwithsystemsascoveredbye.g.EN1010-1,EN1539,EN12215,EN12921-1orEN12921-3.2ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:—thermalpaintremovalsystems;—pyrolyticsystems.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothermalcleaningsystemswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
